At MG Global Exim, we are committed to quality and customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our products (consumable food-grade items), returns and refunds are subject to the following terms:
🔹 Return Policy
As per international food safety regulations, we do not accept returns for consumable items such as spices or masalas once shipped.
However, you may contact us within 7 days of delivery if:
- You received the wrong product
- The packaging was damaged during transit
- The product was missing or incomplete
Please provide unboxing photos and documentation for support.
🔹 Refunds
Refunds are processed under the following conditions:
- Product not shipped within 14 business days of order confirmation
- Order cancelled before dispatch
- Payment deducted but order not processed
Refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days.
🔹 Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. For cancellations post-processing, shipping fees may be deducted.
