At MG Global Exim, we are committed to delivering high-quality spice exports in a timely and transparent manner. Our Shipping & Fulfillment Policy outlines delivery timelines, minimum order quantities, and cancellation terms for both domestic and international shipments.
πΉ Minimum Order Quantity
- MG Global Exim operates as a 100% export-focused company.
- The minimum order size is 10 metric tons for international shipments.
- We do not process B2C or small retail orders.
πΉ Delivery Timelines
β Domestic Shipping (within India)
- Processing Time: 2β3 business days after payment confirmation
- Delivery Time: 4β6 business days via road or air cargo
- Total Estimated Time: 6β9 business days from order confirmation
π International Shipping
- Processing Time: 3β5 business days after payment and final documentation
- Delivery Time: 5β7 business days via air cargo; 15β25 days via sea freight
- Total Estimated Time:
- Air Freight: 8β10 business days (avg.)
- Sea Freight: 18β30 business days depending on destination and port clearance
- Air Freight: 8β10 business days (avg.)
All international shipments are sent with proper export documentation, including invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and FSSAI compliance documents (if applicable).
πΉ Packaging & Logistics
- All goods are packaged in food-grade, export-compliant packaging.
- Labeling and branding can be customized for private label clients.
- Logistics handled via approved international freight carriers based on volume, urgency, and destination.
πΉ Order Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancellations are allowed within 3 business days of order confirmation.
- If the order has not been dispatched, we will initiate a refund within 15β25 business days of cancellation approval.
- Refunds are processed via the original mode of payment.
- Orders already dispatched are non-refundable.
