At MG Global Exim, we are committed to delivering high-quality spice exports in a timely and transparent manner. Our Shipping & Fulfillment Policy outlines delivery timelines, minimum order quantities, and cancellation terms for both domestic and international shipments.

๐Ÿ”น Minimum Order Quantity

  • MG Global Exim operates as a 100% export-focused company.
  • The minimum order size is 10 metric tons for international shipments.
  • We do not process B2C or small retail orders.

๐Ÿ”น Delivery Timelines

โœ… Domestic Shipping (within India)

  • Processing Time: 2โ€“3 business days after payment confirmation
  • Delivery Time: 4โ€“6 business days via road or air cargo
  • Total Estimated Time: 6โ€“9 business days from order confirmation

๐ŸŒ International Shipping

  • Processing Time: 3โ€“5 business days after payment and final documentation
  • Delivery Time: 5โ€“7 business days via air cargo; 15โ€“25 days via sea freight
  • Total Estimated Time:
    • Air Freight: 8โ€“10 business days (avg.)
    • Sea Freight: 18โ€“30 business days depending on destination and port clearance

All international shipments are sent with proper export documentation, including invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and FSSAI compliance documents (if applicable).

  • All goods are packaged in food-grade, export-compliant packaging.
  • Labeling and branding can be customized for private label clients.
  • Logistics handled via approved international freight carriers based on volume, urgency, and destination.

๐Ÿ”น Order Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellations are allowed within 3 business days of order confirmation.
  • If the order has not been dispatched, we will initiate a refund within 15โ€“25 business days of cancellation approval.
  • Refunds are processed via the original mode of payment.
  • Orders already dispatched are non-refundable.

ย  ย  ย  ย  ย Every international shipment is accompanied by:

    • Commercial Invoice
    • Packing List
    • Certificate of Origin (on request)
    • Batch-wise FSSAI Certificates (if needed)
    • MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) and COA (Certificate of Analysis) on request
